Download QR (contactless) share data

You can easily download all the share data that is collected on your event's mini-site when guests scan the event QR code you have set up for a contactless system.

Essentially all share data that is entered on the mini-site will be saved even if your guests don't actually use the uniquely-generated QR code to take a photo with the iPad. The idea is that you can still collect this valuable data even if some of your guests don't end up using the photo booth but have still scanned the initial QR code.

This is an exclusive enterprise feature that can be accessed via the event's analytics section.

Please ensure you have "QR Interaction" enabled under "Event Options" in order to make use of this feature.

You can follow the below quick steps to download your data:

Step 1. Click "View Analytics" from the event dashboard.

Step 2. On the event analytics page click the "Actions" dropdown and then "Download QR Data".

The QR share data will then be downloaded in the form of an excel report for you to view and sort through the data as needed.

**Please note that when you click "Download Share Data" it will only download the share data that is linked to a photo. If you want the share data that a guest entered on the mini-site, but then did not take a photo, you can use the "Download QR Data" option.
