We limit the number of frames you can upload so that it does not create crazy big files that block up your queue and slow down sending to your guests.
The following are limits for each experience
Still
24 frames
GIF
24 frames
Burst
16 frames
Using reverse creates a 32 frame burst which is why it is limited to 16 frames
